many people talk freesnyth  that goes 30 to 90 but to get over 90 you need to turn if off that freensyth to get higher fps to your full 144hz monitor?

so if i use 970gtx low setting or upgrade it later on like 170 or 1080 ti will i really notice tearing or any wierd effect as even the seller person from the comany said no amd card no problem use our 144hz and ips monitor with no problem as many people say diffrent thing maybe gonna be bad or you cant use nvidia card as many people dont even have proof this happen with this monitor?

i want ips for photoshop and play games too and i dont really want to waste 800 dollers and 50 taxes for monitor as we geting closer to 4k hdr 144hz monitor this months so 531 or 800 dollars?
